1. I hereby induct and commission Carl Alston to the rank of Full Bird Colonel .
2. And authorize Bernard Garrett the induction and rank of Command Sergeant Major.
3. They will report to Lt. Gen. Peter Green.
4. Their duty is to control and operation the Community of Queensbridge, the future location of the Kingdom of God.
5. I will authorize for this summer alone, a good amount of funding will be spent on the development of an independent Community. Ending disease and homelessness for all humankind.
